Went into the store Sunday evening, August 3rd, around 5:30 pm. Had a $10.50 gift card and ordered a number 7 sandwich. The employee tried to charge me $11.83 and keep my gift card of $10.50 because he couldn't understand basic math, and tried to tell me that my credit card would only be charged .83 cents despite the receipt saying it was $11.83. Horrible experience! Employees don’t listen, don’t pay attention!
I spent $80 on sandwiches and couldn’t remember if one family member wanted onions. I asked for a few onions in a little condiment cup and he said no. I was taken aback and I said I just need a few and he said we can’t give that out. I’m not sure if these are independently owned stores but I’ve never had this issue in Ramsey so I will take the extra few minutes to go there.
