It’s disappointing how poor customer service has become. The smaller bearded guy clearly had a chip on his shoulder and showed no interest in treating customers with respect. From the moment I walked in, I was met with attitude. When I simply asked if there was a problem, the bearded employee told me to “take your sandwich and go.” This kind of behavior reflects poorly on Jersey’s and seriously damages its reputation
Have been quite disappointed with this Jersey Mikes as of late. Customer service can come off as a bit snarky. For example, I have twice ordered a Chipotle cheesesteak bowl with extra steak, and both times it came out tiny. The first time, I went back and they did indeed apologize and gave me more beef, insisting a mixup. Tonight they did the same thing, but insisted that this was the normal portion size for the meal (even though it was clearly more last time). Awesome. Clean , Friendly staff and took me in before closing.
I asked if they can make #31 Chicken California since it varies at each Jersey Mike's. They said they could. After a long wait from on line orders, I get rung up. Well, someone else's sandwiches was on my order, and that had to be corrected. I get home to discover NO tomatoes on either giant size California's. Plus very little chicken and lettuce. I wont be patronizing the Wadsworth location ever again. The best Jersey Mike's I have found is in Seven Hills.
Went to this location to try JM for the first time because I have heard good things and JM subs. This was the wildest experience I’ve ever had at an establishment. The poor manager had to take over for the kid i first placed my order with because i had to repeat myself 3 times. He wrote it down wrong for her so i had to clarify once more. Then she had to tell her staff to start working on our sandwiches because they were just standing there.
