Yuck the food was terrible I am not happy with the price!!
Food was good. Service could have been better. I've been to many Jersey Mike's and order the same thing the same way regardless of the location. Guy at this spot was reluctant to make a wrap a specific way for me cause he "may not be able to wrap it" Odd since all the other locations I've been to have e had zero issues. Other than that though, food is still great.
Owner of this location please do something about Sergio. He is very rude and makes the food bad. There are way too many bad reviews on Sergio to let him continue to treat customers this way. I put a complaint into corporate and franchise headquarters. I would really love to talk to the owner about his issues that have been going on since the store opened.
I am pregnant and my husband and I loved to go to jersey mikes multiple times a week. However we are very concerned with the staff at this location and will not be back. We came in yesterday night before close and the employee tried to tell us they are closing and can not make us a sandwich. I made him aware that it is not 9 yet and he was became rude and unprofessional making us extremely uncomfortable. This company is a joke! I will not ever purchase anything from them ever again. Nothing but kids. Even the manager is a kid. Very unprofessional and unethical.
