People behind the counter are very rude Enough said
Sergio failed to make menu sandwich correctly. When called to address this problem the manager told me they would not replace the sandwich unless I came back and gave them back the sand which that was messed up. Unable to go back they flat out told me “Then there nothing I can do for you”. Horrible work ethic and customer service
Sandwich very poorly cut. Who cuts a Sandwich like this--stupid!!! And not cut all the way through.
My kid and I both got food poisoning from this location. Stay away.
I ordered a giant Kahuna cheese steak and the Giant portobello cheese steak two chips and two sodas it was very very tasty. My "fanatics"code didn't work so I asked a guy he had no idea how to work it but this really nice lady explained it to me. They are all so sweet, I'm new at using certain coupons and they were really nice to me and gracious by understanding I didn't know how to use the coupon. Thanks for helping me.
