Today, as a customer, I witnessed a manager named Caleb treat a young female customer in a manner that I found to be extremely dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I no longer feel comfortable supporting this establishment and will be taking my business elsewhere.
I visited Jersey Mike’s this afternoon. I was disappointed as I witnessed the manager Caleb on duty being rude to a customer; his tone was dismissive and unprofessional. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the restaurant as a whole. I would strongly recommend this manager get additional training in customer service/ and professionalism.
