Fantastic service, kindest fast food workers I have ever experienced. Food was fresh and top quality. I never give reviews but this place deserves recognition
I got the chipotle cheesesteak and wow it was bad. It was extremely soggy and the amount of meat vs veggies and chipotle mayo was absurd. It was gross. The first half the sandwich had no meat in it, just peppers and mayo...By the time I got to the meat the sandwich was so soggy it was like holding a wet sponge. $13+ for a soggy mayo pepper sandwich...Never going back.
I've been to other Jersey Mike's locations, but I feel like at the Southington location the service was the best! I was actually greeted when I walked in, which was nice. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. If I saw their name tags I would name drop. Keep up the good work! Everything was on point and amazing! Thank you!
