I asked for rosemary parm bread, they told they didn't have any so I had to get wheat instead. I asked if they'd have more bread tomorrow and she said they have it now it just takes a few minutes to bake. If that was the case why did't she tell me that earlier?? I would've preferred to wait rather than get a lackluster sandwich.
This location is mid but its the workers here making jersey Mike's look bad cuz in other locations there customer service is better and if you ask for things to be done to your sub they'd gladly do so instead of saying " we're not allowed to do that" . If your gonna make a stop here dont just go to another location
We have been going to Jersey Mike’s for years and we’re so happy to have one open in our neighborhood. The food is great and everyone there is friendly.
Went to order & the employee went from cleaning the bathroom to making the subs without washing his hands. Won't be going back to this location.
