Not really sure what happened today. Ordered a giant sub, chips, and a soda through ubereats. I got a giant sub with olive oil I didn’t ask for (thanks for the exactly 3 napkins to handle all that by the way), no chips, no drink. Must’ve ordered it wrong…nope says Giant #6 20 oz soda Regular CHIP Normally foods good here but that’s usually when I go there. Massive migraine didn’t allow that today. Thanks?
Probably won’t ever get a cheesesteak from here again. They changed something about their meat and it was… spongy. Disappointed as this was the only place that came anywhere close to a Philly cheesesteak outside of Philly and in close proximity to our house. Hubby got a turkey sub and was happy with it, otherwise this would be a two star review.
We were there the day this location opened — and yep, it’s still holding strong. It’s rare to see a place that starts off with great service and manages to keep it consistent, but somehow, Jersey Mike’s pulled it off. Fresh ingredients, fast counter staff, and no awkward “sorry we’re out of that” moments (you know who you are, other sandwich chains). The server who prepared my sandwich was very nice and helped me just minutes before they were closing and didn’t give me an attitude; I’d give me an attitude.
