My club sub was delicious and the employees were very friendly!
Today I ordered a Giant #7 and regular size chicken salad sandwhich. The portion of chicken salad placed on my bread barely covered the sandwhich. When my husband requested a little more simply to cover the bread, the person making the sandwhich looked at him confused and stumbled his words finally stating - oh thats going to be an extra charge. Food was good but why have special instructions on the app if they won’t be read. All three items had special instructions, none were added.
Terrible customer service from whoever was working there on 08/02 at 8:30pm. We walked in say hello and we get greeted with nothing but attitude. We walked right out. Preparing my food with an attitude and I’m a paying customer, no thanks.
