What a great bunch of people. I stopped today and had my sandwich (a #6 Giant) custom made in no time at all. I was joking with the guys who joked right back with me making one great experience.
I’ve been a regular customer here for a while, and my earlier experiences were great, which is why I feel it’s important to share this. Recently, I’ve noticed a decline in both food quality and food handling practices. On one visit, a staff member dropped my bread on the counter and continued preparing the sandwich. The food was good I ordered on the app and my food was ready when I got there. The one manager or he might have been just a associated greeted me when I came in. I decided just to eat it there and he came back and check in me how.my meal was as well as if I needed anything. He was an older gentlemen
