I placed an order online through the app and purchased 6 subs and I made sure on the app to put the names of the people who it was for like it asks on the app. I called the store 5 times and no one picked up. It just kept ringing and ringing. When they finally did answer I called to make sure they could see the names so they can right it on each package on each 6 subs so everything will be labeled easier. Food is excellent. Employees are friendly. Can be really busy during lunch as expected.
Love Jersey Mikes but this location is not up to their standard. Food was slow and wrong. When I reported the problem (BLT missing tomatoes) the employee complained to me about them being understaffed.
Cold cuts were cut thick not thin like they used to be, that’s what makes Jersey mikes good. Are they trying to save time it changes quality
