I was in the store June 4th around 8am. After a very long day at work, I decided to pickup two subs from this store for my fiancé and I’s dinner. Couple guys working who very clearly did not want to be there. Guy on the grille was loudly voicing how backed up they were, making sarcastic comments. The food was good but there was a “tick infestation” there were like 6 ticks crawling on my legs and there were a bunch on the ground
Food is so fresh! Love the steak and cheese also the Italian. Been a fan for a long time but now it’s in CONCORD. Better than 5guys and in the same complex.
Sub lacked flavor. Steak which was put on the grill frozen lacked flavor. The service was pretty good but the music was loud to the point I watched the guy keep asking people, What did you want, after they told him numerous times. He was polite but the music was a bit too loud to hear properly. The choice of music was also not the best for the atmosphere.
