Came in, placed my order, got my sandwich. The staff was Very Pleasant. I finished up, cleaned the table where I sat. Went to use the toilet and was told by the staff that "there's no public toilets" I told them that I just spent money here and I can't use the toilet? I was informed again that "There's no public toilets for anyone." HOW CAN THIS BE? Jersey Mike's just lost a customer! This is the craziest decision every! Probably my favorite Jersey Mike’s in Chicago. The employees are really great. Always nice, attentive, and helpful. I’ve been coming here a while, and I’ll keep coming back!
Heaven is the absolute BEST employee I have ever come across. As someone who is vegetarian and likes to modify my sandwich, heaven made all the changes for me and even recommended different options for me to try. I go to multiple Jersey Mikes locations across the state, but from now on I will strictly be ordering from the Hill Street location. Also she remembers my order every time I come into the store which makes my day to day experience incredible. MUST go to this location.
