I love visiting this place for lunch the staff is always very nice and the food comes out in a timely manner. Specifically, there is an individual who works here named Kevin who is really on top of his A game. The staff is very hardworking and very courteous. They go the extra mile with a very busy workload
Ordered a chipotle cheesesteak with extra chipotle mayo on the side from here. They took the request a little too literally, leaving the cap of the chipotle mayo in the sandwich. Not sure who is working this restaurant now but the service here had dipped tremendously. Disgusting!!
Ordered for pre pickup for an hour later and arrived at the location to find that they’re so behind and haven’t even gotten to the order yet. Nobody was asking people what their orders were and the employees were frustrated and took battery out of the ringing phone because they didn’t have enough help and were running so far behind
