Absolutely unacceptable experience. We placed an order for four sandwiches through DoorDash, including three chicken salad sandwiches (two with added bacon that we paid extra for) and one turkey and provolone on rosemary bread. Instead, we received two turkey and provolone sandwiches and an Italian sub, with no bacon on any of them and no rosemary bread. I just want to say that I love Jersey Mike’s, but I will never step foot in this location again. I ordered a hot sub online and ended up waiting over 40 minutes for it. After that entire wait, my sandwich was still incredibly soggy—and somehow the top piece of bread was worse than the bottom. It was basically inedible. I placed an online order at 12 PM and I just got my food at 12:42 PM wasted 25 minutes of my lunch just waiting for the food. Last time I ordered the order was wrong. I don’t suggest you use their online app at all.5 people went in the line to order once I got there And they all left with their food before me. I understand a 20 minute wait, but 40+ is ridiculous, especially when there’s other customers walking in and ordering and leaving.
My sandwich fell apart as soon as I picked it up. I spent 15 of my hard earned dollars on this slop. In this economy, I would rather go hungry than come back to this location. The workers were nice, but the quality was well below my expectations
