TOOTH IN MY SANDWICH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I normally don’t eat at Jersey Mike’s very often, but when I do, the food is usually good. However, on November 18, 2025, I ordered a steak and cheese with extra meat through Uber Eats. I even paid the extra four dollars, thinking the sandwich would be worth it. My husband ordered a # 8 club sub on white for me. They gave some italian herb bread, NO BACON ( which suppose to come in the sandwich ) and it was just plain sloppy like they used a whole jar of mayo and not good at all. I eat Jersey Mike's all the time in midtown by my job, but this was terrible and I'm very disappointed. 12.00 down the drain.
I've ordered here online through doordash a few times and I've gone into place an order several times so I have a well-rounded perspective of my review and out of everything I'm not happy with the service. The few times that I have gone in in person to place my order I wasn't greeted and the very last time I went I was told that the store was closed because the location was out of bread.
