Good customer service BUT IT’S HOT AS HELL IN THERE!! NO AC!!
I love Jerseys Mike’s and was happy to find this one. I will never set foot in this one again. There were 3 people working behind the counter with one person in front of me in line. It still took 15 minutes to get one sandwich made because all the employees were complaining about how lazy everyone else who works there is. Both of the girls who made my sandwich did terrible work. I was person in the restaurant and they forgot to make my order for 20 minutes. The reviews are all accurate- avoid this location. Time for new management.
Place is a mess. I had to correct the person helping me three times. The credit card machine kept failing. The grill needed cleaning, the slicer was messy and the lady attending the slicer kept smooshing the bread when cutting it. The knife was not sharp enough, so the bread looked more ripped apart. Tomatoes and lettuce didn’t look fresh. Eventually I walked off. Corporate and the Operator of this location needs to fix this.
