I eat at Jersey Mike’s at least a minimum of once a week and they never disappoint. The staff is always friendly and kind. The store is always immaculate.
I have been to this specific location many times before and have always enjoyed my experience Except for today when I was being helped by an individual who clearly did not want to be there. There was clean misccomuication on the line (I asked for bacon, no mayo- as I am allergic) and she put both on my sandwich as I was paying and tipping may I add. After realizing there was mayo on my sandwich I stated "Oh my I am so sorry, maybe I misspoke or you misheard me, I don't want mayo on my sandwich." To which the employee respond... read more
We tried to go here at 8:49. The door was unlocked and the "Open" sign lit up. Then the worker said they were no longer taking orders.
Clean restaurant. Restrooms- both! - out of order signs on the doors. Empty and quiet. Only one customer other than us inside. Employees extremely slow especially for no customers. No meat on sandwiches. Incredibly thin on meat and toppings. Not like other Jersey Mikes locations I have been to at all.
