No attention to details, missing items on to go orders, employees don't seem happy. Not what it once was
I only order online. Love the quick no-touch take-out option. Food is as per their standards, and what you expect from Jersey Mike's.
Yikes, this place was so bad we left before ordering. The young person sweeping looked shell shocked when we asked if we could order. The immediately went back to sweeping. It was said we were the only ones in store and we for sure got the impression we shouldn't order. Pitty this place looked decent.
Staff speaks to you and looks at you like they hate their job, soft drink machine is 50/50 whether it will be working or not. Just an overall annoying experience every time I go. Takes 20 minutes to order 2 sandwiches to-go.
