Deceptive advertising. Have a 8.95 chicken salad sandwich special poster with a picture of a bag of chips and a soda next to the sandwich. When i go to pay and ask for the soda and chips they say it's not included. Also the chicken salad sandwich looks nothing like the picture. The chucks of chicken are clear in the poster and looks nothing like what you actually get. Very disappointed with my first and last trip to this restaurant.
Jersey Mike’s is a quick stop for a really great lunch. I love the traditional Ham and cheese sub done Mike’s way- consistently good. This Fair Lakes shop has a really attentive staff that always seems to be in a good mood. The line moves fast and the food is affordable, making this store a regular stop for me.
I believe his name is Kenny, but his customer service goes above and beyond, and on top of it he has something that is rare in today's world, he genuinely cares! Long story short I was there one night and was having issues paying. Kenny saw I had some points available and used them to take the price of the visit down to basically nothing. Anyways, if you are lucky enough to visit this location while Kenny is working, I'm sure you will find nothing short of excellence during your visit!
