I LOVE Jersey Mike's, best fast sub around. HOWEVER this location has twice charged me for extra meat and forgot to add it. This time I sat and watched them make my sub. After watching them NOT add the extra steak they told me they added steak after they made the sub. The manager did try to appease me by remaking the sub, however I needed to leave and it was more the principle of being charged extra for something I didn't receive and on top I tipped! Like always! I used this location to feed a big group of high school students off-site, and manager Lori was so easy to partner with. Her years of experience helped me design the perfect order, and she was very responsive to questions and clarifications. The quality of our prepared order was excellent, fast and easy to pick up, and every sandwich was labeled making it fast to distribute to hungry kids! I recommend this Jersey Mike’s for their quality, customization, and communication!

I went to this location on 5/17/24 and while I used to be a once or more a month customer I have not been since that date and how both the employees and owner treated me. I went to this location and ordered a chicken Philly and said no jalapenos. I am dyslexic and made a mistake an accidentally said jalapeños instead of peppers.
