I believe his name is Kenny, but his customer service goes above and beyond, and on top of it he has something that is rare in today's world, he genuinely cares! Long story short I was there one night and was having issues paying. Kenny saw I had some points available and used them to take the price of the visit down to basically nothing. Anyways, if you are lucky enough to visit this location while Kenny is working, I'm sure you will find nothing short of excellence during your visit!
Easily the best Jersey Mike’s we’ve ever been to! We already love Jersey Mike’s, but this location is truly exceptional. The young man who made our subs had only been working there for two days, yet his care and attention to detail were absolutely amazing! The store manager was also very nice and professional. If you’re in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit!
Went in to get a sandwich...advertised as $8.95. They tried to charge me over $11.00. When I pointed out that the sign on their counter said $8.98, their response was that they just raised the price today and wouldn't honor the advertised price. I refused to pay it and left without the sandwich.
Got the biggest and one of the best sandwiches Ive had in awhile my son raved about this place. So I said ok because he paid . The sand was just as big as my forearm and awesome, I could taste all the condiments were fresh I could taste and hear the crunch. Sandwiche took me 3 hours to eat with brakes I savored every bite. Will I go back Hell yeah but I won't be doing that sandwich again just to much I'll stick with the regular a man has to know his limitations but that sandwich had me fighting my limitations
Didn’t make our order, then messed up both sandwiches. I fully support employing teenagers, but they can’t lose their minds when friends or family come to visit them. Double the price of subway and somehow a worse experience. Tough for first time customers to just wish they had gone to subway.
