My wife and I dined here today, and I want to start by saying that the food was excellent. Unfortunately, what should have been an enjoyable experience was overshadowed by something very concerning. A manager or supervisor named Tracy repeatedly spoke to the cashier, Devin, in a manner that I found unprofessional, disrespectful, and demeaning. Cat! Cat! Cat!!! Cat is consistently Exemplary! She is not only a sandwich artist but even better, Cat IS a cuisine creator! Super disappointed! My sub had a few slices of meat and hardly any mayo. The bread was stale. I could've gotten the same thing at subway for half the price. Usually go to Copperas Cove, decided to try this one was it was closer. Won't be going back.
