Waited 35 min for this $18 sandwich that has almost no ham on it. They were so busy talking and interested in their own things they never bothered to tell me my sandwich was ready. I stopped going to this location in the past because of service, but I figured I'd give it another try. I won't be back again. I'll hit up the one on Clear Creek. Better service, and they actually put meat on the sandwich!
Do not give my food to another customer, let him walk out of the building, chase after him, and then ask me if it’s ok to give me that sandwich. That sandwich has left the building and left everyone’s eyes, nobody has a clue what has or has not been done to that sandwich. When I say no, that’s not ok all I get offered is to swap out the bag!!! Mistakes happen, we’re all human, and we all get an opportunity to make up for those mistakes.
