I have to say first that the sandwich and service was great. However the unsweetened tea was disgusting, it had a definite taste of swamp water. That's Killeen water for you. They should use only filtered water. At least the soda machine has a filter. I thought Amarillo water was bad. Come on Jersey Mike's, don't let this spoil an otherwise great establishment
Everything was super fresh. Taste so good
EVERY TIME I visit this location, I’m always greeted with smiles and hello’s. The team never disappoints. It’s always clean and the food is perfect each time. Nicole knows how to hire great staff, that makes you only want to come to this location.
I have a gluten allergy. And these people will take precautions for you. I get a cold sub. It's a roast beef provolone. I usually have them add peperoni to it. (This is considered a secret menu item. Don't tell anyone)they offer a gluten free bread for an up charge as most places do. They also do sanity practices. They will double the paper to keep cross contamination from the same place they work on. And they will change gloves. Most of the staff understands what cross contamination is.
