I can’t say enough good things about this Jersey Mike’s and its franchise owner, Steve. I’m not someone who usually complains, but Steve went above and beyond to listen to my concern and resolve it quickly. His follow-up was exceptional, and it really showed how much he cares about his customers. On top of that, the food and service at this location are consistently outstanding. I highly recommend this Jersey Mike’s to anyone looking for great food and even better customer care!
I ordered through the Jersey Mike’s app for curbside pickup, and everything was spot on! My order was ready right on time, which is always a huge plus. The customer service was top notch super friendly and efficient. And let me tell you, my sandwich in a bowl was fantastic! It was not only delicious but also really filling. Definitely hit the spot! I’ll be coming back for sure. Highly recommend!
I ordered online exactly 12 :18 pm and I when inside Store to Pick my order was not ready and was like 12 people in line to order and you guys make they food and You guys take forever to make my sandwich that I order online I not very happy because my launch was Over
Everything was great, but the amount of oil and vinegar put on when I asked for Mikes way. I saw the worker was putting a lot on but figured it would be okay. I left and opened my sandwich not even three minutes later- as I was eating in my car. It was completely soaked through and dripping with oil and vinegar. I could not enjoy my sandwich at all.
