Ordered in the app around 2pm for a 3:45pm pick up on my way home...walked in at 3:49pm and the worker asked if I was picking up an order. Yes, I am. Hmm...looks at Orders clipboard "oh shoot! I'll have that out in 5-7 minutes"... Can someone explain to me why I even bothered to order ahead? No attempt to make it right either. Boo.
