It was my first time at this location from out of town and let me say these are the nicest and friendliest Jersey Mikes employees I’ve ever seen. However I was disappointed that they wouldn’t honor my coupon. I’ve had success at other locations but this location I informed me I would have to do an online order to receive the reward. What’s the difference? Jersey mikes needs to work on the rewards program if that’s the case. Great experience with a very nice and friendly staff. We were greeted promptly by one of the gentlemen working behind the counter, who you could tell was an owner and took pride in his restaurant. Everything was very clean and he was spending extra time cleaning everything behind the counter when guests weren’t waiting.
I was disappointed in their turkey sand. done the jersey mikes way but the turkey tastes like it’s boiled absolutely no flavor. Won’t order that one again. 2025 just had roast beef sandwich brought to me by my son in law and a little disappointed I don't like shredded lettuce and roast beef flavor gets lost. Next time I need to get a hot sandwich. Funny they only have turkey,roast beef, ham, salami, no pastrami or corned beef.
