I will only go to Jersey Mike’s for sandwiches. The staff are very kind and hard workers. They make a sandwich that is fresh. The Santee location Is fantastic but I also Like the Carlsbad location because that’s where I’m from. They are both the same A+ They aren’t in expensive But very fair in comparison to other shops. They are also consistent.
It's always a reliable good sandwich, no matter the location in my experience. We usually look for this chain due to that reason.
We go there when I feel like a sandwich or cheese steak. The Food and Service is always great. I like the big Kahuna. Today my friend accidentally dropped his sandwich. I went to order another one and they said they would make him a new one with no charge. I was happy to pay as it was our fault but they insisted. Much better than other sandwich shops!!
I signed up for Jersey Mike's before my birthday, so I could get the free drink and sandwich...went in to get it and they turned me away. After talking to the company, it turns out that it was for the Canadian Jersey Mike's and didn't apply to the US. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, THEY TURNED ME DOWN ON MY BIRTHDAY!!! OF ALL TIMES!!! WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO GO TO CANADA FROM San Diego just to get my sandwich!?!?
