I usually love Jersey Mikes but this one experience was awful. When I walked in it was pretty empty. Come to find out its because the employees were only focused on online orders and were ignoring instore customers. Very bad experience and was made to wait 20 minutes just to have my sub made. Very disappointing
I ordered online very late, close to closing time, and when I arrived Xavier was finishing up my sandwich. I ended up ordering a second sandwich, and even though they were close to closing, he made it with a smile and a great attitude. Both sandwiches were made perfectly. Xavier truly provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Employees like him are the reason I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you, Xavier!
I stopped in after work tonight. My sub had BROWN LETTUCE on it. Are you kidding? I watched the crewmember make my sandwich, and indicated not to use the lettuce in the condiment station. He did anyway. I won't be back and I was a regular customer.
