I had problem with my food and we talked to the manager and it was fixed
My favorite place food is fresh
both times I’ve come here in the last month have been at different times during the day and different days. However, the service here is so bad. today I came with an order that I placed online. I waited 15 minutes and then went to pick it up when I had arrived, there was only one other customer in the store, and my sandwiches had not even been begun. This is the worst jersey Mike’s in ct no matter what time of day you come into this place it takes forever to make a grinder wether you order In person or online you can expect to be in there atleast 20 mins for a order no one acknowledges you the manager needs to be fired does not know how to run a store or motivate employees I absolutely hate coming to this place can’t wait till the new one opens on the Berlin turnpike in Wethersfield hopefully it’s not the same owners
