Went to the restaurant in Rocky Hill and the staff were friendly, patient, polite, and made sure I received exactly what I ordered.
They were out of hot subs when we went there but the tuna sub was ok
Restaurant is very clean, our hot subs are cooked to perfection, staffs are awesome! Ample parking too!
Subs are consistently good here. However, apparently if they can’t accommodate a special request for a takeout order they wait til you get there to ask you about an alternative. Most places will call and ask. I placed an order 20 minutes before I arrived upon which they asked me about my cheese choice, and then they started my order after I arrived. May seem like a small thing but when you think you’re running quickly in and instead have to wait 10 minutes it is very annoying.
