My mother-in-law and husband were just at this Jerseys Mike and she had accidentally left her purse. Less than 5 minutes after leaving she realized and immediately called them to let them know she had left it and they started to head that way. The lady who answered said she was calling the wrong store. When they got there my mother-in-law saw the purse was not there. I always like going to Jersey Mike’s in the area where I live (Cypress). I have to be over this way for physical therapy so this was perfect since it was right across the street. Grabbed my usual meal and took it home to eat. The guy who made mine was making three other ones at the same time and he didn’t make a mistake on any of them. Clearly a master sandwich/salad maker. Keep up the good work guys and gals!
I went Monday August 25th and costumer service was unprofessional. Bad experience on my first time here and I don’t think I’ll back. The employees there don’t want to sell. I think the girl was the manager because she said that to another costumer. Also most of the tables were dirty.
