This was an awesome experience. The girl at the slicer was so cool so friendly, and made sure that the whole team was meeting her outstanding energy.. If she's not the owner, she definitely deserves a raise... he made every customer feel like she had all the time in the world, even though it was super busy she kept things moving!

The food, service, and atmosphere are all fine at this location, friendly staff, etc, I used to go pretty regularly but I can't anymore. Unfortunately, there must be new management because this location has dropped the ball in terms of operations and upkeep. Their ice machine has been broken for nearly a week and they have no idea when it will be fixed so all they offer is bottled soda, which is the worst and usually warm. Very unreliable and they don't seem to care to fix the problem. I will sadly need to find a new locatio... read more
I can't understand why the bread is different here than any other Jersey Mike's. Don't they all get it from the same place, or is it baked in-house? Anyway, this isn't a good thing. Especially the rosemary parm, it tastes more... stale? The topping is harder & crunchier than it needs to be? It could be the way they store the bread? I avoid this location typically for the one on Union Blvd. But after recent issues with the new staff that like to over-charge on union, and between this place just not having fresh enough bread..... read more
