I went during my lunch break and it wasn't busy at all. There were about three people ahead of me, but they were rushing as if they were behind schedule. There were three workers behind the counter. I ordered a #17 and didnt even have time to tell them what I wanted on my order. I didnt even have time to tell them the bread I wanted. They just heard #17 and wrote my receipt. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience at the Jersey Mike’s in Wayne! The entire team was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They helped guide me through my entire order and made everything easy and enjoyable. What really stood out was the customer service. Every single worker I interacted with was more than exceptional — genuinely nice, attentive, and happy to help. You can tell this location has a great team of people who actually care about their customers. The food was great, but the employees ... read more

If she's not the owner, she definitely deserves a raise... he made every customer feel like she had all the time in the world, even though it was super busy she kept things moving!

Their ice machine has been broken for nearly a week and they have no idea when it will be fixed so all they offer is bottled soda, which is the worst and usually warm. Very unreliable and they don't seem to care to fix the problem. I will sadly need to find a new locatio... read more
