The food, service, and atmosphere are all fine at this location, friendly staff, etc, I used to go pretty regularly but I can't anymore. Unfortunately, there must be new management because this location has dropped the ball in terms of operations and upkeep. Their ice machine has been broken for nearly a week and they have no idea when it will be fixed so all they offer is bottled soda, which is the worst and usually warm. I can't understand why the bread is different here than any other Jersey Mike's. Don't they all get it from the same place, or is it baked in-house? Anyway, this isn't a good thing. Especially the rosemary parm, it tastes more... stale? The topping is harder & crunchier than it needs to be? It could be the way they store the bread? I avoid this location typically for the one on Union Blvd. But after recent issues with the new staff that like to over-charge on union, and between this place just not having fresh enough bread..... read more
So my wife and I often goto this location cause it’s close to the house. She has a gluten sensitivity so their sandwiches are perfect for her. We probably go 2-4 times a month if not more. This spot always has standout service and quality. Come home today to find a random $60 free catering box from the manager. What an awesome surprise. Great job! Keep it up!
