Never even ate here but given my experience at the Washington Heights Location, this place sounds like hell from the reviews. Is Jersey Mikes good only in New Jersey? Wow
Location really dropped the ball with EZCater. Order was scheduled for delivery through EZCater. Found out 30 minutes after delivery time that order was "given to the wrong driver". After 10 more minutes, EZCater was able to determine the store was unable to deliver, and had the audacity to ask if we could come and pick it up. Never - never never ever - use them with EZCater. Delayed lunch by more than an hour for the office, and pulled key people away from important meeting content and interaction.
Do not order from here. They just make your order up. Whatever bread they have. Whatever flavor of chips they want to give you. Jersey Mikes needs to check into this location. It’s terrible. Bad for your brand.
This is my go-to spot when I need comfort food.
