I am actually embarrassed to admit how often we order from here knowing that they WILL absolutely find a way to mess it up. Something on my sandwich that shouldn't be (tonight, a hair) or something missing (tonight, all chips and cookies) or something random as hell and just wrong. It's such a toxic relationship where I just keep hoping this time, they'll get it right. But they never do. LITERALLY NEVER.
My husband and I went to Jersey Mike's earlier this afternoon. He wanted steak and cheese I ordered the big Kahuna with no meat I was told I was not charged for the meat. But I believe I was. They told me the machine wasn't working so we could not have a receipt. We waited 40 minutes. I thought they forgot about us so I reminded them that we were still waiting. They finally made our subs. Didn’t change gloves while making sandwiches, pulling up pants and wiping hands with said gloves on apron. Leaving sandwiches unwrapped at register while a complete stranger stands and talking over my unwrapped sandwich . Leaving marker that they used to write on bag on paper wrapper that was meant to wrap my sandwich. I placed my order online at 6:05 and it said it was supposed to ready @ 6:44, I went to pick it up @ 7 and I was not ready. When I asked they said they just got the ticket and they started to prepare it. I will no order anything from here anymore
