Maggie and Jah were so hopeful this was my 2nd time to a Jersey Mike’s and these 2 fine people were so polite and that was nice to hear.
Today I experienced very rude behavior at this location...The manager was gossiping about other workers and it was very unprofessional. I usually come here about once or twice a week, but the last two times I've come in, the manager was crying, and I can never seem to get in and get my food without walking out feeling terrible. Someone help this poor girl.
poor kitchen management you would think there would be some organization to the staffing and positions and have a dedicated allergen station for gluten-free sandwiches this was not even for me I'm a doordasher I'm complaining because they the staff pushed the gluten-free sandwiches to the end of the ticket line during a lunch rush giving over my ticket because of the gluten allergy they should have a dedicated station for gluten-free sandwiches it only makes sense it's a very common allergy and you're a sandwich shop it's pr... read more
Gave me the wrong food twice in a row. Can’t follow simple instructions on making a sub then you all need to hire the appropriate crew.
