The food is consistent with flavor and freshness. The service is attentive and the restaurant is clean.
There’s not many others who love and support Jersey Mikes like myself. That said - we visited Epping today (in a rush to get to a 3rd soccer game 2 hours north in Maine). Placed an order online - got there a few minutes before it was scheduled to be ready. Went in and asked 3-4 of the employees if they’d made the sandwich yet, which they replied almost “in disgust” - “we haven’t even started your order yet”.
