I was the only person in line, but they took about 5 minutes to ask me what I wanted. I ordered a wrap, it was served stale, wrap was hard, not fresh at all.
This Jersey Mike’s used to be amazing. Now it’s absolute trash. The workers rush every order. They don’t pay attention. They miss a lot including some of the main ingredients. I used to love going here and getting a great sandwich. We will never be going back.
Frustrating experience saved by Felix! I placed an Uber Eats order at 9:19 p.m. Three drivers canceled due to long wait times, and a female employee on the the phone assured me the food was being made and that they were busy. Instead, the order was canceled at 9:59 p.m., right before closing (unclear if that was by UberEats or the store).
