I never had issues with service until yesterday when food was delivered to my home. I put specific instructions in the order for the driver to call when he/she arrives which they did not, and the driver left the bag on the steps with ants crawling over it. Special instructions box on the app should be removed if simple instructions can’t be fulfilled. Thank god ants didn’t get in our food.
What a warm and bubbly reception I received this morning at Jersey Mike’s in Bayonne! Totally recommend. Super clean. Delightful staff!
