Entire bin of lettuce was brown. When I asked if there was any fresh lettuce, all I got was attitude. She was annoyed I even asked. Told her to keep the sub.
Stopped in a few weeks back before our flight. Great experience. Clean store. Friendly staff, didn’t have to wait very long. Don’t have a Jersey Mike’s near me so I always enjoy one while traveling and the cheesesteak did not disappoint. Usually order the Original Italian but wanted something different. Buns were fresh and good amount of meat and cheese. Will def order from here again the next time I’m flying out.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. They decided that I needed to make my order when I am standing in the third row. So imagine trying to shout your order over that many people. Then they tell me to skip the line and just pay. A little weird since I couldn’t get a drink but wasn’t worth it at that point. After waiting 5 minutes and realizing that they didn’t ask about what I wanted on one of my sandwiches, I went up to ask. Turns out they only ordered one of the two subs I ordered. It really be the customer they get in the line with headphones the worker steady asking them how can I help you?? They don’t answer cause they can’t hear you with headphones in they ear so the workers have to wait on them to take out they headphones to notice that they gotta order then the customer would get the topping station and don’t know wat they want the worker would say would you like it Mike way?? Jersey Mike's! - this location is absolutely wrecking your brand. As I sat in the line for over 30 minutes and watched 8 or 9 people in front of me walk away, out of time and in extreme frustration, I couldn't help but wonder how many potential franchise investors experience this disaster of a location and run away, screaming.
