It's always a staple to consume Jersey Mike's in my hometown for our family. During Thanksgiving week (specifically on Saturday 11/29/25 , we stopped to have lunch prior to our flight, I was really dissatisfied with the service level at this location.. I went to get a sandwich and they were out of food. Mind you they just open and its on a monday...... so nobody decided to order inventory for the morning this is ridiculous.
Some of the rudest workers I’ve ever encountered! They acted as if they didn’t want to be there. They rushed each customer to choose their toppings but couldn’t remember what they said, moments later and had to ask again. Acted as though we were burdens to them, rolling their eyes, with a smile NOWHERE in sight!! This was my first and last visit. I’d give a zero rating if available.
Food was excellent. Staff were attentive and, most importantly, efficient and tackled the long line without stressing out. Despite being 20 people back, we got our food before my toddler had a meltdown so perfect. And prices are really reasonable for an airport. Cheesesteak was surprisingly tasty and found myself wishing I had got the giant side.
Stephanie was amazing! Her customer service attitude was beyond kind. She was so friendly even helping her coworker when they were extra busy. It was so nice to encounter such a sweet personality and the sandwich was delicious! My first time ever having jersey mike’s!
