38 minutes between joining the queue of around 10 people to receiving my sub is unacceptable. You’d get faster service in a restaurant
Food was great! Make sure you get a receipt. I was charged $30 for a $10 sandwich. Probably a mixup because the place is super busy and the employees are juggling 5 different things all at the same time.
UNBELIEVABLY SLOW SERVICE. HIRE PEOPLE that is MOTIVATED. They take their time for everything, move as slow as then can, for 5 people they take over 15 minutes, for cold sandwiches. And not even speaking of peak Time. Also not the first time I see or experience this. INEFFICIENCY AT ITS PEAK.
Slow as heck! Employees would lose in a race with molasses. Don't go here if you have a flight to catch!
The cheesesteak sandwich was delicious! Definitely worth the wait in line.
