I was quite disappointed with this Jersey Mike's location. Although the airport operates 24/7, the menu items I wanted were unavailable. The staff was uncordial and unhelpful, and they did not have any napkins. I expected the same high-quality service Jersey Mike's is known for elsewhere, but this location did not meet those expectations.
I love Jersey Mike’s but this location has a very toxic environment with the people that work there. Employees were cussing and yelling. There is no urgency at all considering this is at the airport and customers are on a tighter schedule. Orders we being made wrong and not being fixed. The worst was the confrontation that the employees were having with the customers, completely unacceptable. Where is the manager when this is happening? Horrible customer service, it was a 30+ min wait and there were around 8 employees that were just standing around. A guy came into the line and asked for our orders and said he didn’t need my order then when I walked to the counter it took 10+ mins for them to take it.
Ordered a bacon egg and cheese. Smallest sandwich I’ve ever seen. The exact same order at IAD airport is 4x the size. Complete waste of money eating here
