This is the EWR airport location. For a 14 veggie the sub maker refused to put green pepper because it was not explicitly called out. The order was taken long distance with me shouting from far, 14 includes green peppers by default!! The woman just lied saying that she is out of green peppers. The second person put me in a bind saying if I wanted the sandwich or not!!! Then someone opened a drawer in the back and dumped lot of green pepper rings on my sub!!! The staff should be fired.
Place is horrible employees are nasty. I was waiting 20 min in line when I went to pay they told me in a very rude manner WE DONT TAKE CASH !! Very rude employees place is not that clean either
Complete Trash! How you open at 5am have no bread to serve customers, couldn’t even get a wrap they had none either!!! As a United Airlines employee I am appalled! Jersey mikes Corporate needs to do something about whomever runs this place…it’s a total disgrace. So many times I come during the day and the grill is closed or they don’t have enough staff..if that is the case close the store down. Everyday there is always something wrong or I get shitty attitudes from the staff. Get a grip on the business Newark owners.

1 - it is definitely open. I’m sitting in front of it now. 2 - server yelling from behind the counter to the end of the line (where I was) to take orders. I attempted - and got yelled at - we are serving breakfast and cold subs only, that starts at 10!! Nothing on menu or signs gives that info. And not even the slightest bit of empathy, ‘I’m sorry’, and instead I’m getting yelled at through 10 other people. I was exited to eat at Jersey Mike’s in New Jersey ….
