This store needs new management. There are 6 employees in the store; 5 are “working”. One on break. 6 customers in line, and 4 customers online waiting for pick up orders. I’m 10 minutes past my pick up time (25 minutes since order was placed) and been here 15 minutes and that is how long it took for a second employee to start helping make the online orders after the in person line was finished. Eat at Jersey Mikes all the time. Longest I’ve ever waited for a cheesesteak and I online ordered! The sandwich was dry and overcooked. Worst Jersey mikes I’ve stepped foot in. Employees looked clueless. My experience was ridiculous. Regardless of the quality reviews- stay away from this location.
