Unfortunately this location is very understaffed. My order was placed online at 11:30 and I arrived at 12:30 knowing that they take too long. Order wasn’t completed until 1:30…that’s insane. The response was “we got backed up”. There should be a way to not accept online orders or give an appropriate time when it will be finished.
Your order is consistent everytime. Asking for specifics on your sandwich is not a problem and those giant chocolate chunk cookies rock! 9/21/25 10:30 am store is closed!

The rudest employees I have ever seen. You may be busy or you may have few employees. I have been here for over an hour waiting for an order. Instead of apologizing, they say cancel and go. I will never come here again.
