First time I went to eat here, everything was fine. Last weekend I ordered the giant chicken buffalo sandwich, and it had disgusting, long, black hair tangled up in it. It disgusted me so much that I won't even go back. Please tell your employees to wear hairnets.
Missing a sandwich in our delivery order. The person who answered the phone was rude and inconsiderate. Tried to blame the door dash driver, but the bag was sealed. Waited an hour (not the restaurants fault) and our son didn't have his dinner. I understand mistakes happen, but do better, and don't try to blame someone else when you mess up.
Absolutely love jersey mikes! The best sub shop there is!
