Young lady a young man was very polite and very helpful
Very friendly staff. Food wasn't good. Ordered a regular tuna sandwich the way it comes. There was maybe a tablespoon of tuna on the entire sandwhich and so much oil my bread was soggy within 5 minutes of receiving to eat it. Would rather go to firehouse subs next door if this is the way they serve it regularyly
Lee was by himself during lunch time. Although he had a little attitude (which I don’t blame him) he held it down. Good job Lee.
Crazy slow. I always order online for in-store pickup and they’re consistently 30 mins or more past the pickup time given by my confirmation email.
Today was a day where I walked in being the first one in line and having to wait more than 6 min before someone took my order! The young lady was helping someone in the eating area with issues on her phone and this allowed the little me to be backed up and the other workers to scramble once they noticed that there was a line. The service then became rushed and my 2 sandwich orders were SLOPPY!
