I placed a DoorDash order and came to pick it up. I walked in to a group of 20 kids and their coaches finishing up ordering. The staff had to deal with their orders, other walk ins and also door dash orders. I was very impressed by the lack of attitude and the ability to keep going under pressure. Not sure of their names b it thanks to the guys who worked on 4/30/26

There was a large size African-American male with black and red braids in his hair. He was very impolite and unfriendly. his tone was sort of aggressive and agitated, as if he did not want to be at work or was dealing with some issues from the job. The store was not packed with a lot of customers waiting. He just seemed like he was annoyed and would have rather been somewhere else. It suck’s when all chains don’t serve the same consistency. This location was friendly however the young lady making the hot subs don’t seem to know how to make them. My sandwhich was not made how I asked after asking 2 times. I have an onion allergy and expressed having my sandwhich not touch the counter where cross contamination could happen usually a new knife and toppings are offered from a separate container that did not happen.
