This place is the best. Very friendly customer service. It kind reminds me of Cheers tv show were everyone know your name. Food tastes amazing every time.
The associates went above and beyond to problem solve and accommodate our request of only wanting onions/peppers on half the sandwich by cooking them separately and providing them in a separate container. It was a great solution and the customer service was top notch. Cheesesteak was great and restaurant clean.
I’m giving this a 1 star because I ordered a sandwich, I added only one topping, and not only did I not get the one and only topping I asked for, they failed to put the sauce on my sandwich (chipotle sauce) the sandwich is “CHIPOTLE chicken”! I was the only one in there from the time they started and finished my sandwich, and now it makes sense… this is a new Jersey Mikes too, so that’s pretty disappointing!
