They use way too much oil on the subs. And the manager Anna is an absolute disgrace and so disrespectful I'll never go back to this location and I see so many horrible reviews mentioning how rude she is. It's unbelievable they still have her, she will ruin their shop.
I got introduced to this location after they gave the kids free subs as part of a reading program at school. I found the shop to be very clean and the customer service is good.
bread was stale and hard, so bad that when i took a bite the tuna pooped out the sides. Very disappointed.....
Customer service is an All time low! Walked in and walked to the register for online pickup as I do at All Jersey Mike’s locations, there were no pickup order signs. Anna never greeted me or directed me where to go. It was as if I was invisible. Very humiliating. I noticed Anna asking a gentlemen in the back if he was picking up. So, I walked there and still waited 5 minutes while she and her teammates play. As I walked to my car, I realized I need to start cooking at home. Businesses no longer want Customers.
The subs were quite fresh and delicious! Service was quick and efficient and the establishment was clean and well organized. I would highly recommend eating here or getting to go!
