Wow when I say #1 customer service ive had in a long time. We came 1 minute before closing and felt really bad but they did not care at all and made us subs gladly. Super fresh ingredients and everything tasted amazing.
Belvidere and loves park locations are the best ones I have ever been to
I have not had much experience ordering or going into a Jersey Mike's. Definitely different than the others. I ordered the Bacon Ranch and for me the chicken wasn't hitten. I ended up just taking it off my sandwich. So that's the 1 star reduction for me on your food. Place was clean and had a few bit of folks. Which is always a good sign! My service though was lacking. went to go get food tonight was waiting in line with no one in front of us. There was five people working there and had to wait forever for food when I got up to my turn. I asked the guy can I please get a sandwich without cheese I told them what I wanted. I specified three times please don’t put cheese on my sandwich.
