I walked in and ordered the new Hot Honey Chicken Cheesesteak. I asked if I could have in without the pepperoni and the helpful employee said that wouldn't be a problem. As I was standing in line to check out, I overheard another employee who looked like a manager saying "if he ordered the hot honey chicken cheesesteak, he's going to get pepperoni," in a condescending manner. When I get back to work and open my sub, low and behold it has pepperoni on it. I'm not super worried about pepperoni being on it as I can take it off.... read more

Not crazy about this place only one polite person behind the counter could use hairnets..
The quality of the food is never an issue but when I spend $50 and drive two towns over and you can't make the sandwich correctly or look at the additional comments that very politely asked you NOT to cut either sandwich then it becomes an issue. I was given a club sub with zero bacon, given the wrong chips and between 3 workers no one could read the simple directions I added to the I order. Pretty sad...
