I appreciated being greeted so well with a smile when I went to stand in line to order my sub. The workers seemed happy to be there! They were very attentive concerning what items I wanted on my order! The customer service was A1 at this location! I asked for the manager, who was working just as hard as the other employees, and informed him of the amazing customer service. All workers were extremely pleasant and welcoming! Before I walked out of the door, they asked me what my name was again. What a great visit!

I go to this Jersey Mike’s every Sunday. I order ahead on the app so my sandwich is always waiting for me when I get there at 10. The young man that works in there always greets me by name. I was very discouraged this past Sunday when I got to the store at 10:01 and the store was dark, and the door was still locked. I saw two women standing in the back talking when they noticed me one came forward and unlock the door while the other one turned the lights on. I got a sub in a tub and they literally prepared it as if it went on bread and threw it in a bowl. Didn’t chop it up or anything. Also the workers were arguing while making our food which was awkward

There seems to be quite a few new faces working there now, which is awesome to see! Staff is always welcoming and friendly when I come in. Kirk, the GM, is always present and very consistent. You can tell that his team respects him and they all get along. The service is speedy and there usually isn't a day when I come in there that I have to wait very long at all.
