Visited this location today for lunch. Although I am very happy to have this in our area, I wasn't pleased when I went to check out. I asked the girl to add a drink to my order, & instead of offering regular or large (which is normal), she automatically charged me for a large. Not a huge deal, but it was the principal. Overall, I feel the staff could be friendlier & instead of assuming something, ask the customer.
Love Jersey Mike's, sandwiches are always fresh and the service is always excellent.
I used to go to Jersey Mike’s because I believed they have the sub’s in the town. But, the service at this place is poor. Being a vegetarian, I ordered a portobello mushroom hot sub. Guess what, it was cooked on the same plate where they cook meat and my sub had good amount of meat pieces in it. Though I mentioned it, they did not care much. Not again to this store!
Dave and the crew tonight were awesome! So friendly and made our night:) always love coming to this location and I have a good experience no matter how busy it is. The only thing that would make it better is if they had alvocado & olives to add. Even without those it’s the go to place!
