4 workers and I was completely ignored for 5 minutes while standing at the counter, and I was the only customer in the store! No customer service here
This place consistently punches above its weight. Staff are more friendly than they're being paid to be, and my order has always been correct. It does get busy around lunch, but that's likely because this is one of the few decent sandwich places in SLO.
Don't bother with giving "special instructions". The white, teenage boys that work there rarely read them. Didn't do 2 different things and got my side sauce order wrong. Otherwise everything is decent. Just don't expect much in terms of service.
