Staff was rude and unfriendly. Pretty rare at Jersey Mikes locations when most locations are overly friendly. NOT this one…
The new hot italian sub is amazing. I hope it becomes a permanent part of the menu. I ordered mine with the parmesean rosemary bread. Fantastic.
1st time.. Food was good and made the way I like it.. Manager seemed polite. The lady that made my sub ( Ty ) was awesome..!!!!
Always an outstanding experience, from the natural ingredients, to the service, to the very tasty sub. I basically have to stop by and get a sub every time I'm in the area.
I placed an order online and picked it up, only to find once I got home that it wasn’t made the way I ordered it. When I called to address the issue, the manager, Becky, immediately accused me of lying and said she would check the cameras. Before I could even respond and encourage her to do so, she hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience.
