1st time there.....better than I thought it would be
Amending an earlier review, I liked this establishment but money is tight with the current situations. I had gone out of my way to purchase a Giant, to go, but didn't look closely as I also got a few roommate's orders. I ended up with a regular, so, I was charged for a $20 giant and am stuck with a $9 half sized version... I have the receipt and everything, but it is what it is, it's not like I'm going to drive 15min back at 8:45 (closes at 9:00) and now I just feel bad for even writing the review. Oh well...
Worst experience ever! They didnt hear our orders and gave the wrong one and did not clarify my order plus also mixing them up like I asked for a #3 and I was with my Grandma who got a #7. They screwed up the order and was so confused because they did the online orders while in the middle of my order like the people at home can wait a few extra minutes like geez people listen or turn the music down!
Six years later and the same holds true: Pleasant employees, delicious subs with fresh ingredients.
Came in a couple weeks ago to get a few subs, was greeted by almost every crew member there. 2 young girls (Kenzie and Ella I think) standing by the counter were singing, talking to customers, and looked happy to be at work. Our subs were delicious, and we got them pretty fast. Thank you Jersey Mike’s Pewaukee!
