The food is good but 40 minutes through the line and then waiting for a sub is too long.
Good customer service but they seemed stressed over what who knows???
We went on the Fourth of July around 130. The staff was disgruntled and talking about the call ins. The woman with braids who was working the meat slicer, honestly looked like she couldn’t have been more upset to be at work. The whole time being there, it seemed as everyone (customers) was a bother to her. While standing waiting to order, we were not even greeted for several minutes. The atmosphere was so tense. The food - fantastic as always.
I had to write about the manager at this Jersey Mike’s because the experience I had today was ridiculous. I ordered a veggie sub online and it was wrong. I’m not sure if I messed up the order or if they did—but either way, it wasn’t that serious. Also, when I ordered online, I didn’t get a receipt, so I couldn’t even double-check what went wrong.
