This jersey mikes has been by far the best experience i have ever had at a jersey mikes! I have never had any poor experience with food and has always been accurate with what I ordered. Also every time I have been in two girls have been working and are very kind and helpful and truly help improve the experience!
The blonde lady at the register is obnoxiously loud and goofy off and on her phone most the time I was in there to eat my sandwich. I thought it was a little hot in there so I look at the thermostat by the bathroom and it was 92 in there. That's ridiculous. My sandwich was horrible. The bread was hard and crumbling all over me and the table, the roast beef was dry. And the napkins were empty at my table and most tables were all dirty. The employee should worry about guest experience instead of screwing around.
Got 3 subs for my family, employee at the slicer had messed something up (not big deal) and it was a bit confusing for all the others working on the line. The younger teen girl who worked there was super helpful, made sure everything was in order, apologized, and completely fixed the experience. Thanks so much to the younger girl with brown hair. Recommend this place!
Went in for subs a couple weeks ago. 2 teen girls working there together had so much energy and made our experience amazing! Made us laugh and feel welcomed for the 10 minutes we were there. I regret not getting their names but shout out to those two girls at Pewaukee location on capital! Thanks Jersey Mikes Pewaukee!
Manager here is amazing. Food is always good. This is NOT subway they will not be as fast but that are 100x better. Excellent service.
