I was a Jersey fan. It's one of the only food apps on my phone. When I really needed some customer service, I hit a stone wall with the manager at the Wheat Ridge JM. I live near Kipling in Littleton, but I have gone to the Kipling JM in Wheat Ridge. I used the reorder on the app and then went to my JM. Well, the order went to the other Kipling. I went there tonight and got an Italian #13 and it was made by a girl named Alyssa and she made such an incredible tasting sub and her attitude and conversation just made my time there outstanding.
We love Jersey Mike's but this experience makes us question if we should go back. We went in today to order a Philly sandwich. The young skinny lady with colored hair and nose piercing began preparing my meal. She grabbed the veggies put them on the grill and then grabbed the Philly Meat directly with her gloves. She then proceeded to cut the meet and veggies. After she cut the meat and veggies she grabbed bread and proceeded to make the next customers sandwich.
