This was my first time here. The girls at the counter was very unfriendly. Didn't bother to ask if I wanted a anything on my sub. She pretty much just wrapped it. I asked for a table to be wiped so I could sit down to eat
They are always busy but the employees are always nice and professional.
I hope the manager, district manager etc sees this review. I'm very disappointed once I walked in I never received a welcome. Someone was taking care of to go orders the other working on the grill, they took care of the people Infront of me . I was standing there for over 5 minutes with out anyone saying a word to me, not even making eye contact. I do hope this issue isn't racial related, the people that were given excellent customer service Infront of me were white, but my brown skin was completely ignored. Not even a eye c... read more
