Lots of people in uniform, few people making subs. Actually 2 people. Food was good, order accurate.
First of All we love Jersy Mike’s food but every time we drive to Elm Rd it’s a fiasco service wise. We walked right in ordered hot sandwiches and waited 15-20 mins while 10 mobile orders were processed. Then another (smarter) dine in person walked in but because she ordered before they got there received her order before a gentleman and my wife and I got our hot sandwiches. For starters my online order was supposed to be ready at 7:07 pm and I got there at 7:20 which was my fault so my daughter went in to get the order, and was in there about 10mins before I went in to make sure she was ok and not ordering extra subs !! This location is the absolute worst! I used to love to order Jersey Mike’s for lunch. But the place is dirty with topping all over the counter, the slicer not cleaned and the food quality has went down hill fast. I ordered a veggie bowl and of course, because they don’t want to cut up green peppers, they tell you they don’t have any. And they completely butchered my order (the only thing I didn’t want was tomatoes, seasoning and salad) and added hot peppers and mayo were added and the complete wrong salad. Went tho get food on the evening of 3/26/2026, The manger is Horrible, I asked could they please spread the mayo around completely on the wrap before anything else was added, I don’t know what her problem was but she put half the bottle of mayo piled up dead center in the middle of the wrap and then flung the access mayo that was on her gloves on to the wrap, Freaking Gross, She needs to be fired immediately she is causing the business to lose money , I will not be goin back & also spread the word on social media regarding h... read more
