I was actually excited to try the new Hot Italian today, but honestly I don’t know what was going on. The two people working seemed completely confused and were messing up even the simplest orders. The manager or lead person on duty didn’t really step in to help, which just made things feel more chaotic. My sandwich felt rushed and not put together well.
