This place makes you rush your order when you ask for something different they don’t give it to you. go to Chardon. You’ll be happier.
Very disappointed – I placed a Grubhub order the night before, drove to the store to pick it up, only to find out it was cancelled 5 min AFTER my arrival. Grubhub says Jersey Mike’s cancelled it, and the in-store team just blamed third-party apps. Ended up wasting my time and left with no food.
my boyfriend was delivering for his job and decided to eat here, purchased the #13. he found a long grey hair in his sub, unfortunately he had already taken the bite with the hair in it and had to pull it out of his mouth. when he went back in and told them they asked for a receipt (I was on the phone with him during this, it seemed like they were implying he was lying. he has short brown hair and also would not do that) they didn't give him a reciept because they only give them if you ask. they offered to remake it anyway, ... read more
