I had my lunch today here. Really fresh subs and I really appreciate lux, the girl who served me .
Absolutely the best subs going! You get tons of meat and toppings! Not a map of what they should give you. Always fresh bread. My go to is the turkey club sub! Bring more locations. I've eaten many times at the Kitchener location, this was my first time at Brantford and they didn't disappoint.
Ordered today for work online and was told the order would be ready for 12:54pm. Get there and they informed me that the 2 subs couldnt be made because they didnt have the ingredients and wouldnt for a while. The employee said they knew this as soon as the order came in but didnt want to call and just waited until I got there to choose something different. Alex and Deborah were amazing and so fast. They were bubbly and friendly but got through many people efficiently without sacrificing the customer experience. The food was made exactly as I like it! Thank you!
