I really enjoy the brand and product (much better product then the local competitor). I understand busy as well as systems being down. Unfortunately 3 out of 4 times there is an issue with service and or the overall experience at this location. I have been to this location over 20x since the opening of this location. The majority of the times that I have entered the establishment there seemed to be enough staff however they are not being managed correctly. Slow service every single time gotta wait 20-25 mins for a simple grinder
Awful service staff with respect to efficiency. Wayyyyy too long to cook a darned sandwich. Yeah, it was lunch. But the cook took his sweeeeeet time
Shout-out to the incredibly kind employee that went above and beyond to hand deliver my order a few buildings away due to an emergency that closed down the entire road(s) leading to the restaurant. I was expecting a refund since it was already paid for but was given this generous offer instead - thank you so much for your friendliness and dedication and for making an unfortunate situation so accommodating! :)
Been going to this store for close to 10 years. My girlfriend and I are addicted to number 64 with 3X veggies. In my opinion, Kishan and the staff at this location set the gold standard for order accuracy, speed, food quality and customer service. It’s a pleasure coming to the store every week. Thank you Kishan and staff for everything you do!! You guys are superstars!!
