Had to repeat my order multiple times while it was not being written down. Both sandwiches on wrong bread and wrong/missing toppings. Waste of time and money.
Wanted to make a review for Jersey Mike's Middletown and especially the new manager Caleb. Caleb's great to talk to whenever we go in, he makes our grinder so fast and of course it tastes great. We always have a great experience going into this restaurant and wanna thank you and your staff so much for your excellent service! Keep up the great work Caleb! You're a superstar!
This place is severely understaffed at all times. Minimum 30 min wait for a sandwich. Currently 20 people waiting with 3 people working
