This WAS my favorite sandwich shop but I’m sorry to say, they ruined it. Food quality and quantity has changed for the worse and my last visit placed via mobile order was missing items that of course they remembered to charge for. Call to store regarding the issue resulted in a hang up. Follow up with manager was an insult to my intelligence. Report via app was an auto response with no follow up. Zero help.
