This WAS my favorite sandwich shop but I’m sorry to say, they ruined it. Food quality and quantity has changed for the worse and my last visit placed via mobile order was missing items that of course they remembered to charge for. Call to store regarding the issue resulted in a hang up. Follow up with manager was an insult to my intelligence. Report via app was an auto response with no follow up. Zero help. I decided to give Jersey Mike’s one more chance before never returning again. I ordered a giant size turkey hero. Since a different company bought them out in recent months…the quality and portion size have considerably changed. The provolone cheese was as thin as computer paper making it translucent. And not good in taste either: TASTED MORE LIKE PAPER THAN CHEESE. The small amount of turkey was put onto the bread and I added tomatoes, jalapeños, and pickles to complete the sandwich. There was this black dude with glasses he look kinda funny and was super mean to my adopted baby I will never go back here and I do not recommend don't go here...
Quick and friendly service
Great staff! Very friendly and efficient. Establishment is very clean and well kept. Very good with allergies, When I told them what I was allergic to they told me what to look out for, and made sure to wipe everything down as to avoid cross contamination.
