My first time ever at Jersey Mike’s and I had such a great experience. The staff (Zac & Mark) really guided me through the menu and helped me pick an amazing sandwich. The manager Calandra recommended a secret menu item called I think a 98 with added veggies and bacon, and honestly it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Everything tasted super fresh. Stopped by Jersey Mike’s today around 2pm and had such a great experience I had to share. Calandra and Tyler made me one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time and everything was fresh, perfectly made, and just hit the spot! What really stood out though was there customer service. Came here for the first time after getting off school and ordered the #56 Big Kahuna Cheesesteak and with chipotle mayo. Calandra recommended this to me since I usually get hot subs at other places and was looking to try something new. I was expecting it to take a while, but the chef on the grill, Tyler, had it out and perfectly cooked in under 4 minutes! Tyler and Calandra provided amazing service to me as always. They were very fast and made my usual #7 order whilst on my way to work. The store is always clean and welcoming and is my go-to if I need to get in and out in under 5 minutes!
