whoever is in charge of delivery orders definitely needs to be fired or something on multiple occasions half my order is not included in my order causing me to just lose money on nothing, definitely the worst jersey mikes around here
I ordered a sandwich online, went to pick it up and it was not what I wanted 😒 after looking back online and realizing I messed up my own order, but the guys in the store was so pleasant and nice and they also redid my sandwich for me just the way I wanted it, thank you guys, oh how I wished I could have asked for their names so I can give them props I would come back here again and again.
Worst location in Jersey. They do not acknowledge your existence even when you walk in and speak. I'll go out of my way to Kearny before I ever recommend this location to anyone. Kearny location is full of amazing employees no matter what time of the day you arrive. There's zero reason as to why you as a patron should be ignored at 6pm. I sat in my car looking for other food to get for dinner and watched them do the same thing to 3 others that went in to get food.
