Update: I came in a few weeks ago and it was BUSY - lots of people ordering in line and tons of takeout orders as well. Lu and the other gentleman working were handling everything with ease amidst the craziness! Got in and out quickly with fantastic service and a great sandwich as always! Ryan and the entire crew at this location are absolutely fantastic! Awesome sandwiches every time and even better customer service!
They got my carry out order wrong. Walked back to get the correct sandwich and female worker was rude about it.
As a delivery driver, I regularly pick up from restaurants all over the North Side of Chicago, and Jersey Mike’s is easily one of my favorite spots. The entire team is always kind, professional, and attentive. They consistently go above and beyond, which makes a big difference when you’re on a tight delivery schedule. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but they truly deserve it. Five stars to everyone working there. If you’re looking for great sandwiches and excellent service, this is the place to go!
Excellent service and food
This location has been here for almost two years and looks like it just opened. So clean and as soon as you walk in the team is so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious as always. Luke and Liam are amazing! Highly recommend.
