Sadly today was my 1 and only complain,the staff,AMAZING! MY giant #13 w dbl meat was ruined by stale bread! Never has this happened to us here,please could I stop by and get a fresh roll tomm to put my meat on please? You know me,Miss T,from the hotel? Really bummed out,rolls so HARD!
I spoke with Galen on the phone to place a last-minute catering order, and they were so patient and helpful throughout the process. Even though I was a bit confused as to what I was ordering, Galen took the time to walk me through everything and made sure my order went through smoothly. Excellent service!
