I've been to the store multiple times and never had an issue but this crew that was just there was the worst I've ever had in any Jersey Mike's. First they took two other people's orders didn't write it down and had to ask them multiple times what they ordered again when there's a pad and Pen right in front of their face they could use and avoid that situation. For a chain sandwich shop, this place is hitting all the marks. They are, in my opinion, the best chain sub-sandwich shop. 13-Italian is my go to. 56-Big Kahuna is a great Philly but on steroids. Meaning even better that their Philly Steak. Like a BLT?!?! You gotta try theirs. Loaded with thick slice bacon. And get it Mike's way with mayo if you like mayo. You will not go wrong here!!!

The subs here are good and taste fresh. Everyone working there was friendly and made it a great experience! Always recommend to friends and family.
Associate close the grill 30 minutes before closing and give the customer no choice to purchase a cold subs. That’s not right for the customer, and definitely not good for business and the company brand, they just ready to go home and not serving the customer the way they supposed to.
